Justin Long too heartbroken to act with ex Drew Barrymore

Washington, July 25 (ANI): Hollywood actor Justin Long is so distressed over his split with actress Drew Barrymore, that he's decided not act in her directorial debut "Whip It!"

Apparently the 'Charlie's Angels' actress dumped Long as she could not get over ex-lover rocker Fabrizio Morreti - something that left Long completely agitated.

"He couldn't stand working with her and not being with her, he's too upset," E!Online quoted a Long insider, as saying.

"She dumped him, she was hot and cold, one minute she was in love with him and the next she wanted to break up with him," the insider said.

"He is so distraught over the split that he dropped out of the movie," the insider added.

Chris Miller, a representative for Barrymore's production company Flower Films did not confirm whether Long had been formally attached to the project or not."We never comment on cast," Miller said.

On the other hand Long's publicist did not immediately return calls to comment

'Whip It!' is based on the book 'Derby Girls', about a female derby player.

It will however see her starring alongside Ellen Page, Juliette Lewis, Marcia Gay Harden, Zoe Bell and Kristen Wiig. (ANI)
