Coalition government is future of Indian politics: Biman Bose
Kolkata, March 28 (IANS) The newly-formed Third Front has emerged as a reality in the national politics, West Bengal's ruling Left Front (LF) chairman Biman Bose said here Saturday.
'Earlier, the concept of the Third Front was a theoretical proposition. But, it is practical now. In the present scenario, the coalition government is the only future of the Indian politics,' Bose said at a political conference.
He said the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had the same economic policy and the country was suffering from such financial crisis.
'Both the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) and the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) are collapsing. The communist-led Third Front is the only alternative that can provide good governance to the people of India,' Bose added.
He also urged the people to vote for the third political alternative so that it could come to the power at the centre after the Lok Sabha elections.
