London, July 22 (ANI): A Brit college student has been levied with a charge of 800 pounds for an overdraw of 8 pence.
The bank has threatened to take a legal action against Laura Gibson, if she did not pay her debt.
The 20-year-old student has been stung by penalties of up to 166 pounds a month since September.

Gibson has already paid back 300 pounds but still is unable to keep ahead of the soaring charges and owes 515.18 pounds on her Lloyds TSB Classic Plus account.
"For a debt to go from eight pence to this much is crazy. I've been treated disgracefully," The Sun quoted her as saying.
Lloyds TSB offered to waive half the fee if she repaid £250 immediately, but hard-up Laura cannot afford it. (ANI)
