PPP, PML-N differences over judges issue irresolvable: Amin Fahim
Karachi/Islamabad, July 20 (ANI): Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader Makhdoom Amin Fahim has said that the differences between the PPP and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz over the reinstatement of the sacked judges are irresolvable.
Daily Times quoted Fahim, as saying that even though his son was a part of the government, the performance of the PPP-led governments at the centre and in Sindh during the first 100-days of their instalment had been poor.

Fahim said that the PPP was still in contact with President Pervez Musharraf through back door channels.
He said that he was unhappy over the poor performance of the party.
Fahim's statement on the sacked judges issue came after Pakistan's Lawyers unanimously set the deadline of August 14 for the Government and Parliament to restore the sacked judges to their respective offices, which had been taken away from them on November 3, 2007 by President General Pervez Musharraf.
