Srinagar-Baramullah Highway blasts toll rises to ten
Srinagar, July 19 (ANI): The death toll from terrorist attack on Srinagar-Baramullah Highway blast crossed ten and could rise to more.
The incident took place when terrorists targeted a 19 Rashtriya Rifles Batallion convoy with an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near Narbal.
The injured have been shifted to the nearest hospital in the area.

According to Brigadier A. K. Mathuna, seven jawans were killed on the spot while three others succumbed to their injuries later. The entire area has been cordoned off.
Defence Minister A.K. Antony has condemned the militant attack on the army convoy.
He said in his message that this kind of cowardly attack will not deter the government from its path of holding free and fair elections in the state.
He said the people of Jammu and Kashmir want peace and prosperity and the government will not be found wanting in crushing the evil designs of militants. (ANI)
