Naidu in Delhi to firm-up UNPA-Left opposition to nuke deal
New Delhi, July 19 (ANI): Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party chief N. Chandrababu Naidu, reached the capital today to strengthen the United National Progressive Alliance-Left opposition to the United Progressive Alliance Government confidence motion on July 22.
The Communist Party of India-Marxist Central Committee also met to chart out its role in the prevailing political turmoil.

CPI (M) General Secretary, Prakash Karat and senior leaders Sitaram Yechury, V S Achutanandan, Buddhadev Bhattacharya and Manik Sarkar were among the leaders who reviewed the political situation and discussed the course of action to be pursued. aidu is likely to hold meetings with Left leaders Prakash Karat and A B Bardhan, besides UNPA constituents.
Naidu, the convener of the UNPA, had earlier held discussions with Bahujan Samaj Party chief and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati on the strategy to be adopted for the floor test in the Lok Sabha on July 22. (ANI)
