It's 'splitsville' for Bristol Palin, fiance Levi Johnston
Washington, Mar 12 (ANI): Bristol Palin, the 18-year-old daughter of former Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah, and her fiance, Levi Johnston, have broken up a little over two months after the birth of their son.
According to a source, the split happened "a few weeks ago."
"It was a mutual thing," People quoted the source, as saying.
In February, Bristol had told FOX News and Greta Van Susteren that she and Levi expected to get married after they completed high school.
"It kind of just happened. I thought they would stick it out. But I think they can work together to raise Tripp," the source said referring to the split.
"I'm not sure what caused [them to break up] - it's common knowledge," added another source.
As for how she is holding up after the split, the source told People: "Bristol's doing okay. Tripp is fine." (ANI)
