Faisalabad, Mar. 7 (ANI): Former Pakistan Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Chief Nawaz Sharif on Saturday said that he would not sit in rest until he roots out the "politics of hypocrisy and fraud".
Addressing a public meeting here, Sharif said the real court of people was before him right there.
"The parliament should represent this parliament of people 'that is here in front of me", The News quoted Nawaz, as saying.
"We do not accept the Supreme Court of Islamabad," he added.
The PML-N Chief said he could not see Pakistan People's Party (PPP) getting weaker and invited the party workers to participate in his rally.
Nawaz Sharif pointed out that a whole year passed but no progress was made towards getting to the perpetrators of Benazir Bhutto's assassination.
He accused former President Pervez Musharraf of violating the law and the constitution of the country.
"Musharraf tried to meet us when he visited Mecca and other places outside Pakistan but we never met him because he violated the law and the Constitution of our country", he said.
"I faced a seven-year long exile but never joined hands with the violators of law and the Constitution," he added.
Sharif said he was still ready for reconciliation, which would not be for ministries and personal interests but for the 160 million people of Pakistan.
"Reconciliation will only be for the restoration of judges and the future generations of the country," he asserted.
He also warned them who damaged Bhutto's monument.
"Those who damaged Benazir Bhutto's monument cannot be members of Muslim League. We tried a lot to find these people but failed.
But we would find them and punish harshly," he added. (ANI)
