According to The New York Daily News, the best all-time Oscar winners in the selected category have been:

) 1939 "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from "The Wizard of Oz"

) 1942 "White Christmas" from "Holiday Inn"

) 1943 "You'll Never Know" from "Hello, Frisco, Hello"
