Clint Eastwood honoured with 'Modern Master' award
Washington, Feb 2 (ANI): Legendary Hollywood actor and filmmaker Clint Eastwood has been honoured with the Modern Master Award by actor Sean Penn at the Santa Barbara Film Festival on 29th of January.
And Penn, who won an Oscar for his role in Eastwood's 'Mystic River', just couldn't stop praising the director at the ceremony.
"He is the director actors dream about. His career is one of continuing jazz," Contactmusic quoted Penn, as saying.
Penn even went on to saying that working with Eastwood was the highlight of his career.
Uttering gratitude to Penn's congratulatory speech, Eastwood said that he loves making flicks as he always has new people to work with and new subjects to explore.
"There's a ton of people I haven't worked with. That's a fun thing about making movies. There's a lot of people, there's a lot of new parts that come along you need faces for," Eastwood said. (ANI)
