Sunil Shetty 'breathes life' into a gym named 'Breathe' in New Delhi.
New Delhi, Jan 23 (ANI): Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty breathed life into a gymnasium named 'Breathe' here on Thursday.
On the occasion, he prompted the young and old alike to take up routine exercises to stay healthy.
The gym is not only meant for building a good-looking body but offers insights on how to adapt any lifestyle, bust the stress and stay fit.
Shetty said that early to bed and early to rise alongside a healthy lifestyle happen to be the basic rules of holistic fitness.
" Whatever it is, whether it is stretching, whether you want to do jog, do basic fitness or play particular sport but it is very important," he added.
According to the management of 'Breathe', it is a modern gymnasium with the state-of-the-art system and helps the users in achieving mental and spiritual fitness besides offering physical fitness.
The instructors are the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certificate holders. (ANI)
