Tehran, Jan 21 (IANS) Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Mehdi Safari has said that US President Barack Obama must fulfil the promises he made regarding Iran during his campaign if he is to revive ties between the two countries, Iran's IRNA news agency reported Wednesday.
He added that Iran will accept no preconditions for talks over its nuclear issue.
Safari was in Brussels for talks on energy related issues with European Union officials.
