Naseer teams up with Prakash Jha for a cameo
Mumbai, Jan 18 (IANS) Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah has decided to drastically cut down on his film assignments this year, but has agreed to do a cameo in Prakash Jha's 'Rajneeti'.
And Naseer agreed to the role without hearing the script. 'I trust Prakash Jha,' Naseer told IANS.
Said Prakash Jha: 'It's true. Naseer didn't ask me anything about his role in 'Rajneeti. He just said yes. He plays a powerful leftist leader of a people's movement.'
Naseer has been doing a series of cameos in the last two years including such unlikely ones as Priyadarshan's 'Mere Baap Pahle Aap' which, says Naseer, he did to work with the prolific director for the first time.
Likewise, this would be the first time that Naseer would be working with Jha.
