Rupert Grint getting set for own "adult" role
London, July 11 (ANI): Daniel Radcliffe's 'Harry Potter' best friend Ron Weasley aka Rupert Grint is making the shift to more 'adult' roles.
The young actor has signed up to star in gritty romantic thriller 'Cherrybomb', reports the Daily Express.
Set in Northern Ireland, Grint will play one of two best friends who fall for the same girl with 'tragic circumstances'.

A source revealed that the new role will be as different as chalk and cheese as Grint's 'Harry Potter' one.
"This is as far away from Hogwarts as you can get. Audiences are going to see Rupert in a very different light. It's still unclear whether his character will be killed off," the source said.
Also starring in the movie will be Kimberly Nixon and Robert Sheehan. (ANI)
