Aug 06: After taking hold of UP, Bahujan Samaj Party is also dreaming to take roots in Gujrat as revealed by the right hand of BSP supremo, Satish Chandra Mishra.

Mishra disclosed the plans of Party to battle in coming assembly elections in the state.

Mishra told that BSP will field its candidates on all the seats in Assembly elections of the state. At the same time he denied any probability of alliance with any party and declared that the party would contest independently and will not share seats with anybody.

He condemned the distorted law and order situation of Gujarat in reign of BJP leader Narendra Modi and promised to end his rule. This will be made a campaign issue in elections he told. He also informed that his party will bank upon their principle of brotherhood which they kept in UP.

Mayawati is also expected to visit the state to muster support of people.

Mishra was speaking in a felicitation function organised by BJP rebel leader Nalin Bhatt to honour various personalities as Sunita Williams, along with the Brahmin leader from UP.

The strategy of BSP for expansion in all states is very much part of its aspiration to provide the country an alternative of two major parties, congress and BJP. This is to be illuminated that BSP’s victory could materialize when it expanded its fold to upper-castes in this year’s elections in UP.

This felicitation program and the closeness of BJP rebel members of Gujarat to BSP members is indicating the change on cards and may be a cause of worry in Modi’s camp. The speculations of Nalin Bhatt joining BSP are in air though has been denied by Bhatt himself.

Mishra has reflected that they are with Bhatt though he too did not reveal whether they will contest the rebel members from their party and said that the strategy will be revealed at proper time.
