The gym, not drugs, gives Ringo Starr a high these days!
London, July 10 (ANI): English musician and former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr revealed that a trip to the gym is what inspires him now, rather than using recreational drugs.
The star, who turned 68 on July 7 and who has just released his latest album Liverpool 8 earlier this year, found that exercising inspired his song writing better.

He further stated that a trip to the gym was easier than staying up late smoking and thinking about songs.
And Ringo says that he now finds his inspiration in more natural ways than he did with John Lennon, Sir Paul McCartney and George Harrison in their heyday.
"I find that getting on the treadmill brings on the endorphins and the songs just start coming," Daily Express quoted him as saying.
"It's certainly a better way than sitting up late at night smoking," he added. (ANI)
