Alex Rodriguez tells pal about his 'romance' with Madge
London, July 10 (ANI): One of Alex Rodriguez's friends claims being told by the baseball player that he was in love with pop queen Madonna seven months ago, and that they constantly exchanged texts.
The source said that Rodriguez's wife Cynthia was said to be pregnant at the time.
"I was shocked. I thought he was kidding, but he wasn't," Us magazine quoted A-Rod's friend as saying.
The 32-year-old baseball player now faces a 50million-pound divorce battle.
Madonna, however, denies any relationship with A-Rod.
Meanwhile, the singer's brother has said that she loves her career more than her husband Guy Ritchie.
Christopher Ciccone said in a bombshell book, Madonna believed she was the "centre of the universe," reports British tabloid The Sun. (ANI)
