London, July 10 (ANI): He may be regarded as one of the most polished politicians today, but US Presidential candidate Barack Obama's daughters are no fan of their father's style.
In an interview with entertainment channel Access Hollywood, Obama's daughters - Malia, 10, and Sasha, seven - couldn't help but giggle at the thought of their father as a fashion icon.
As for why they think so, well his 10-year old trousers, his worn-out shoes and "that belt" would be the reason, reports The Independent.
Mr Obama's wife Michelle adds: "I think it's funny he is involved in this fashion icon stuff because those pants he has owned for about 10 years, and that belt is a little worn too, and don't even pan down to the shoes because we talked about getting new shoes."
In the segment, which has already been aired in the US, Malia then relates a recent shopping trip when her dad bought "three pairs of black pants and the same jacket in green, brown and black". (ANI)
