A-Rod's old flame supports his wife's divorce decision
New York, July 9 (ANI): Cynthia Rodriguez has found herself a firm supporter in one of her baseball star hubby Alex's old flames.
Candice Houlihan, who claims that she had bedded Alex Rodriguez twice in 2004, thinks that Cynthia "did the right thing" by booting the all-star from her life.
"A leopard doesn't change his spots," New York Post quoted Houlihan, a former dancer at the Beantown jiggle joint Centerfolds, as telling the Boston Herald.

"Good for her, I think she's doing the smart thing. And she'll probably get tons of cash," she said.
Houlihan met the third baseman during a Yankees-Red Sox clash at Fenway Park in July 2004, the same game A-rod was ejected from for fighting with Boston catcher Jason Varitek.
"We were really bustin' his chops and he walked over to us and I thought he was going to yell at us," she told the paper.
"But he introduced himself, asked me who I was and if I wanted to meet up for drinks later. I was like, 'Hell, yeah'," she stated.
Houlihan said they got sauced at a club called Saint and later had sex at his Ritz-Carlton hotel room, but later felt guilty when her pals told her that Cynthia was pregnant with the couple's first child.
But not guilty enough to say no to the heavy hitter when the Bombers returned to town three months later for the American League Championship Series.
She even credits herself for distracting Rodriguez during a game, and ultimately helping her hometown heroes beat the Yanks and go on to win their first World Series since 1918.
"He said he had a big game the next day. I like to say I helped us win," she crowed to the paper.
"I reversed the curse," she added. (ANI)
