IRCTC launches 24-hour toll free helpline
The Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has launched a centralised round the clock toll free helpline service that can be accessed from anywhere using the telephone of Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL).
For the convenience of railway users, IRCTC, a public sector undertaking of the Ministry of Railways that provides catering and tourism service for Indian railways, has launched this service through which travellers can file any complain or suggestion by dialling +1800-111-139.

‘This facility is available round the clock and round the calendar’, said IRCTC in the release.
Besides, the railway users can also filed their complaint on IRCTCs official website www.irctc.com and other telephone numbers of 24X7 control offices i.e. 011-23221147 (North Zone), 022-22618067 (West Zone), 033-266601743 (East Zone), 044-25353341 (South Zone), and 040-27716145 (South Central Zone).
The catering department of railways has also assured to take possible appropriate action on real time basis for redressal of their grievances.
