Federal system will harm Nepal national unity fears Nepal People's Front
Kathmandu, July 9 (ANI): Nepal People's Front (NPF) chairman Chitra Bahadur KC said that creating states on the basis of ethnic communities will gives rise to regional as well as communal conflicts and put a serious dent on Nepal national unity.
Nepalnews quoted him as, saying that the idea of a federal system itself is not a viable option and should be rejected.
In his concept paper presented during a program in the capital city on Tuesday, KC also said that a powerful movement should be launched to create wave against the federal system.
Nepal People's Front is also against the demand of Terai-based parties for a autonomous Madhesh state, which, according to it, will only lead to disintegration of the country. (ANI)
