Urdu version of Benazir Bhutto's last book published
Islamabad, Dec 29 (ANI): The Urdu translation of Benazir Bhutto's last book 'Reconciliation: Islam, Democracy and the West' has been published after original book in English received immense response.
The translation of the book is done by Jehangir Badar, Secretary General Pakistan People's Party and is published by the International Democratic and Leadership Study Institute, Islamabad.
Benazir Bhutto, is said to have finished the book days before she was killed, in which she has sketched her affiliation, commitment and strong belief on interfaith harmony, human rights and restoration of democracy in Pakistan.
In her book, Bhutto pointed the strategy for avoiding a clash of civilisations, the problems of the Muslim World and the role of the West besides the guiding principles for the promotion of tolerance in Pakistani community, the news reports.
One of the interesting part of the book is Bhutto's argument stressing upon the Islamic world to work towards avoiding a clash of civilisations. (ANI)
