Amy Winehouse's hubby caught taking heroin after 'drug free' claim
London, July 7 (ANI): English singer songwriter Amy Winehouse's hubby Blake Fielder-Civil was caught taking heroin in his prison cell after he claimed to be drugs free.
The incident was caught on camera, and from the pictures taken, he could be seen heating the drug on foil before inhaling fumes through a tube known to addicts as "chasing the dragon".
Fielder-Civil, who was caught in the act just hours before Winehouse begged for his release during her shows at the Nelson Mandela birthday concert and Glastonbury, was seen squatting on his cell toilet preparing his stash at London's Pentonville Prison.
"Blake takes heroin whenever he can get hold of it. His claims to be clean are a fallacy and it is obvious he remains dependent," the Sun quoted a Pentonville source as saying.
"There is nothing to suggest he won't carry on when he's outside and back with Amy. If she takes him back into her life when she is trying to get clean it will be a recipe for disaster," the source added.
The 25-year-old will be sentenced on Thursday July 10 for perverting justice and GBH. (ANI)
