'Winter Wonderland' is 'Most Played Christmas Song in America'

Washington, Dec 25 (ANI): 'Winter Wonderland' has topped a new list of the 'Most Played Christmas Songs in America' for the second year running.

 

The festive favourite, written by Felix Bernard and Richard B. Smith in 1934, landed the top spot on the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers' (ASCAP) Christmas hits list, reports Contactmusic.

 

Mel Torme's 'The Christmas Song' came second and 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' stood third.

 

The fourth spot went to 'Sleigh Ride' while 'Santa Claus Is Coming To Town' rounded off the top five.
