Chennai, Dec 23 (IANS) The Madras High Court Tuesday set aside the appointment of the director of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in the Tamil Nadu capital.
Judge K. Chandru was hearing a petition challenging M.S. Anand's appointment as director of the IIT-Madras. The petition was filed by E. Muralidharan, an alumnus of the institute.
