Madonna 'shells out £5,000 on bubbly silver wine'

London, December 23 (ANI): Madonna has reportedly shelled out 5,000 pounds to buy herself a bubbly wine laced with silver for Christmas.

The 'Material Girl' hitmaker, who is presently locked in a bitter divorce settlement with ex-hubby Guy Ritchie, was said to have paid for 25 bottles of the sparkling Spanish drink.

"It's made by mixing a liquor containing silver dust into a sparkling rosé," the Sun quoted Alberto Fernandez, director of Artesanos del Vino which produces 24K Silver in Valencia, as saying.

Madonna, who had been granted a "quickie" divorce from Guy in November, is set to return to the director's 10million-pound country mansion in Wiltshire, England, to spend Christmas together as a family for the sake of their children.

The warring couple are yet to reach an agreement over the custody battle of their kids, Rocco, aged 8, adopted David, aged 3, and the singer's daughter from a previous relationship, Lourdes, aged 12. (ANI)
