Mumbai, Dec 23 (IANS) After the success of 'A Wednesday', Naseeruddin Shah, 58, and Anupam Kher, 54, are flooded with offers for films highlighting the adventures of the fifty-plus brigade.

While the former isn't biting the bait, Anupam is making hay while the sun shines.

'I keep telling Naseer we're the new rock stars of Bollywood,' joked Anupam. I'm so happy that 'A Wednesday' has made such an impact,' Anupam told IANS.

'I'm at this very moment shooting for 'Carry On, Pandu' with Om Puri. Om and I earlier did a remake of 'Victoria 203' with us playing Ashok Kumar and Pran's parts. I think it should've come after 'A Wednesday'. 'Pandu' is being directed by very well-known Marathi director Chandrakant Kulkarni,' he added.

Hindi filmmakers are planning several films with the two new 'rock stars', including a sequel to 'A Wednesday'.
