Washington, Dec 22 (ANI): Hollywood actress Kate Winslet has reportedly crapped plans to appear in a planned movie on the life story of British designer Dame Vivenne Westwood.
The 'Titanic' star was allegedly in negations to portray the fashion mogul in a forthcoming biopic planned by Universal movies.
However, Winslet is now said to have dropped out of the film, amid rumours that Westwood was not pleased with the choice of leading lady.
"Kate's people are saying she was never formally committed to the project but there are whispers Dame Vivienne didn't want Kate playing her," Contactmusic quoted a source, as telling British newspaper the Mail.
"In fact Vivienne doesn't seem keen on the film being made at all," the source added. (ANI)
