Ahmedabad, Dec 19 (ANI): Students of fine arts in Ahmedabad gave vent to their creativity to express their condemnation of the Mumbai terror attacks.

They used loud colours depicting blood, anger and indignation along with messages of peace.

The seven-day show titled 'Peace Exhibition' saw participation of at least 750 students of fine arts.

"They have shown it very harshly. They have shown blood, the black colours which are dull colours not used in daily life. These colours affect the psychology of people who see this harshness. To show peace, we have used some yellow, to shows confidence, some eco-friendly colours. So people would get affected," said Rakshit, a student of fine arts.

The exhibition aimed at giving vent to students reactions who saw chilling pictures of the attack on television through their creativity.

"Children have seen the chilling pictures in the television and then there were some messages of peace. So when children see this, the effect on it on their minds is getting showed here. If they can understand it then they can prevent it," Sailesh Patel, faculty fine arts institute. by Ami Sharma (ANI)
