London, July 4 (ANI): Have you ever thought of a way out of the threats of rising sea levels? Well, Belgian Vincent Callebaut has, and he's come up with a solution - floating city.
The 21st century Noah's Ark, called a Lilypad, would house 50,000 "climate refugees".
Callebaut's brainchild Lilypad includes a lake, mountains and shops, and drift on ocean currents.

Sea levels are expected to rise 3ft by 2100, threatening islands, coastal areas and low-lying cities, including London. (ANI)
