Bollywood actor Aamir Khan unveils his fitness mantra
Mumbai, Dec 15 (ANI): Bollywood actor Aamir Khan unveiled the magic formula of his new eight-pack abs here last evening.
Khan looks very brawny in his eagerly awaited film 'Ghajini'. He said his newly acquired muscular look was to conform to the strict standards laid down by the director.
"I played a lot of sports so I had a very athletic body and good stamina. But director wanted a particular look for this role. Bodybuilding is actually something, which takes five years, a long time. We had about a year, just a month more than a year. So it was difficult to achieve in a short time," Khan said.
Khan also revealed the formula to achieve super fitness.
"I think my advice to young people or anyone who wants to be fit is follow a balanced diet, have good rest, drink a lot water and concentrate on all the aspects of training. But fitness is not only size and shape its also what you are from inside health," Khan said.
The film was scheduled for release on Diwali in October, but was postponed to December 25.
'Ghajini' is a Hindi adaptation of the Tamil film by the same name. The film is said to be on the theme of the protagonist suffering from short-term memory loss and seeking revenge for his wife's murder. (ANI)
