Hubli (Karnataka), July 2 (ANI): An exclusive first ever solar museum called 'Sun Ray Solar Museum' in Hubli in Karnataka is able to address the issues affecting the farmers in the State.

In fact, it comes as a great hope as the Karnataka is bogged down by series of farmer's suicides.

This unique museum where the renewable energy like solar energy, wind energy, biomass energy is used to run almost all the day-to-day needs, could avert an energy crisis.

Solar radio, solar cooker, solar vehicle, solar lights, sprayers, dryers, water heaters and so many products are displayed and demonstrated here.

Talking to ANI V.S Mahesh, Director, Sun Ray Solar Museum, said that this museum helps to understand the use of alternative source of energy. It also taps the different renewable energies.

According to C.U.Bellakki, a visitor, this museum is a ray of hope to address the energy crisis.

It is very unfortunate that tapping alternative energy sources is not very popular.

But this museum is unique in spreading the knowledge on alternative source of energy to overcome energy crisis. (ANI)
