London, Dec 9 (IANS) Rapper Kanye West has fuelled rumours that the Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am is producing the upcoming U2 album.
West commented on this on his blog and now rumours are swirling, reports contactmusic.com.
Will.i.am had also sparked rumours that he was in contact with Bono and that it would be 'a dream come true' to work with the band.
West has now gone to his blog to announce that will.i.am will produce some material on U2's new album. West writes: 'Will.i.am is producing U2's next album. I'm sure it will be dope as s**t judging from the crazy beats he's done in the past three years!'
The album was to be released in September but has been delayed until 2009.
