Separatists called off their ten-day old strike in J-K
Srinagar, July 1 (ANI): The separatists in Jammu and Kashmir called off their ten-days old strike on Tuesday after receiving the State Government's decision to revoke order of transferring land to Shri Amaranth Shrine board.
"We are thankful and salute the people of Kashmir valley who scarificed their lives for the soil of Kashmir, which made the government revoke the order of transferring the land," said Miyan Qayoom, Chairman of action committee for transfer of land.
He further said that we are very thankful to the people of valley who gave us full support for the last ten days.
Now we are calling off our strike and people can start their business from tomorrow and they should celebrate and decorate their homes with candlelight. By Afzal Bhat (ANI)
