Drunk Delhi Police inspector suspended

New Delhi, Dec 7 (IANS) A Delhi Police inspector was suspended from service for reporting on duty allegedly in an inebriated state and misbehaving with his colleagues and people, sources said Sunday.

 

According to Delhi Police sources, Inspector Prem Chand Singh was suspended from service late Saturday. He was posted as the additional station house officer of the Bindapur police station in southwest Delhi.

 

 

Singh, who was under scanner for his 'drinking habit', was earlier posted at Uttam Nagar police station and was recently transferred to Bindapur, the sources said.
