Targeting the style conscious people, the World’s leading mobile handset maker, Nokia has lately unveiled a new range of products with the name “Nokia Supernova”. The Finnish mobile phone manufactures has unveiled four new devices. These are the Nokia 7610, 7510, 7310 and 7210 enabled with personalised features and available in varied colours.
Its new line of Supernova handset offers the consumer an array of experience with funky colours, stylish design and exchangeable covers. Keeping the choice of different and specific customers, Nokia has tried to capture the individuality of people with their ever-changing moods through its new ‘fashion freak’ and experience-enhancing features.
Jo Harlow, vice president, LIVE category, Nokia, "as we rely more heavily on mobile phones to stay connected, they increasingly know everything about us and have become a window into our worlds," said. With the Supernova range, the company is set out to give people the ability to set themselves apart in the same way that they would with a traditional statement accessory, he further added.
Nokia 7610 Supernova
The Nokia 7610 Supernova, the slider one, is enabled with 3.2 mega pixel camera along with a dual LED flash and an 8x digital zoom and multi media features like, MP3 player. The smooth curve shaped device is available in a set of steel blue and red covers. Its additional features include instant messaging, TV out for imaging sharing. The Nokia WidSets service allows the users to share content on favourite websites. It will be available in the fourth quarter of 2008 with a price tag of 225 Euros.
Nokia 7510 Supernova
Embedded with an iconic fold design, Nokia 7510 is loaded with a range of features including a 2.0 mega pixel camera, NIPS, LED flash, 4x digital zoom, a 512MB microSD card, a large 2.2 inch QVGA display and a new user friendly Nokia web browser for easy access to Nokia Search, Share on OVI and Flickr. Besides, an FM Radio, an enhanced MP3 player, access to YouTube, Nokia Music Store, and Nokia Music PC client, Nokia Maps 1.2 for local search along with GPS and the Nokia WidSets further add to its exceptional mobile functionality. Customers can grub up this in the fourth quarter of this year in just about 180 Euros.
Nokia 7310 Supernova
The slim and sleek Nokia 7310 Supernova comes with Xpress-On covers and stamped a 3D textured design available in 'steel blue' plus a second front and back cover in 'wasabi green' or 'candy pink'. A 2 mega pixel camera with 4x digital zoom and TV out for image sharing, a FM RDS radio and an MP3 music player, instant messaging and playing preinstalled games on TV add up to its value of 155 Euros.
Nokia 7210 Supernova
With an estimated 120 Euros, the Nokia 7210 is boded with a slim and varied colours including 'bubble gum pink' and 'vivid blue' in a gloss finish. It offers the users to enjoy music sideloaded from a PC or purchased from Nokia Music Store. A 2 mega pixel camera, SD memory card, access to Flickr photo sharing website are some of its added features.
The Supernova series is all set to grab the attention during the third quarter in Europe with its estimated price tags as mentioned above. All prices are set before taxes and subsidies.
