My new flick will make people howl: Pierce Brosnan
Washington, July 1 (ANI): Pierce Brosnan is sure that his new movie 'Mamma Mia' is sure to make people laugh, especially when they see the former James Bond dancing and singing.
Brosnan is part of a group of A-listers, including Meryl Streep, Colin Firth and Julie Walters, who starred in the film version of the hit stage musical.
"To see an ex-MI6 thespian singing and dancing in the world of Mamma Mia... people are going to howl," Contactmusic quoted 55-year-old Brosnan, as telling BBC Breakfast.
He also revealed that the entire cast worked very hard on the movie.
"All of us put our neck out on the line for this. That was what was so much fun about it," he said.
He added that the chance to star in the Abba musical was the "last thing" he expected to be offered.
Mamma Mia sees 20-year-old Sophie invite three men to her wedding, one of whom she believes to be her father, on a small Greek island where she has been brought up. (ANI)
