Islamabad, July 1 (ANI): Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf has reportedly told a visiting five-member US Congressional delegation that his country would not tolerate a recurrence of US-led NATO attack on Pakistani troops on June 11 from across the Afghanistan border.
He described the attack on a Pakistani post in Mohmand Agency killing 12 Frontier Corps personnel, as "intolerable".

The US Senators are visiting Pakistan to gather an idea about the prevailing situation in Pakistan, especially in border areas.
"The targeted attack on Pakistan's observation post on June 11 was absolutely intolerable," presidential spokesman Rashid Qureshi quoted President Musharraf as saying.
According to him, led by Senator Benjamin Cardin the US delegation was told that the unjustified attack, which killed a major and 12 soldiers, had enraged the people of Pakistan, reported the Dawn.
Qureshi said the American senators agreed with the president that the US-led Nato forces in Afghanistan should not violate Pakistan's air space. The president briefed the senators on the situation in the NWFP, particularly on efforts to prevent Taliban from entering Peshawar from tribal areas, Qureshi said and added: "These senators are visiting Pakistan to gauge the political situation as well as to know what is happening in border areas."
On the occasion, the President said that Al Qaeda operatives were supporting Taliban and some miscreants to create problems in the NWFP. "But they would never succeed in their nefarious designs," Qureshi quoted the President as saying. (ANI)
