Photographer sues Rihanna, Chris Brown for $1m
Washington, Dec 3 (ANI): Popstar Rihanna and Chris Brown have been sued by a photographer who was claimed that he was beaten and robbed for snapping a photo of the young couple in May.
The photographer, Luis Santana, has filed a 1 million dollar lawsuit against the pair in Florida, claiming that their bodyguards knocked him down to the ground and stole his camera, when he tried to click them outside a nightclub.

Santana's attorney claimed that the photograph, which was lost after the camera was snatched away, contained a proof that Rihanna and Brown are in fact a couple, and would have sold for a fortune.
Thus Santana is demanding a compensation for the shot and the stolen camera, as well as his own personal injuries and pain.
Rihanna's publicist Jonathan Hay has called the lawsuit a " really unfortunate event".
"I do believe that this matter is completely blown out of proportion and I strongly believe that we need to focus on the positive things in the world - not the negative things... Sadly, we are living in a full-blown recession during this holiday season of giving - so let us try to give attention to the positive things in the world and focus on God and our families," Contactmusic quoted the publicist, as saying.
