Musharraf urges to strengthen democracy in Pakistan

London, Dec 2 (ANI): Former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf has urged to further strengthen the democratic set up in Pakistan.

 

Expressing these views in a meeting with former premier Shaukat Aziz, Musharraf said all political parties must unite for national integrity.

 

The meeting was held at the residence of a common friend here, the Daily Times reported.

 

Musharraf said that India was acting irresponsibly regarding the terrorist attacks in Mumbai and must review its attitude.

 

Aziz stressed on the political parties' responsibility in keeping the nation united at this crucial juncture. (ANI)
