TULF condemns Mumbai attack

Colombo, Nov 30 (IANS) The Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF) Sunday condemned the 'horrendous and cowardly act' of terrorism in Mumbai that killed 183 people.
'We in India and Sri Lanka face this type of menace every day. The incident akin to what happened in Mumbai has happened in Sri Lanka as well but for different purposes,' TULF president V. Anandasangaree said in a statement.
The TULF conveyed 'its deepest sympathies to the government and people of India, particularly to the kith and kin of the unfortunate victims of this horrid incident'.
