Kupwara, Nov 30 (IANS) Voting ended peacefully in Jammu and Kashmir for the third round of assembly elections Sunday with tens of thousands taking part despite a winter chill and a boycott call by Muslim separatists.
Polling took place in the five constituencies of north Kashmir's Kupwara district.
