Mumbai, Nov 28 (IANS) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Mumbai Friday to pay his last respects to senior police officers killed while fighting the terrorists who attacked India's financial capital.
He is expected to meet the families of Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) chief Hemant Karkare and 'encounter' specialist Vijay Salaskar in Mumbai.
Karkare, Salaskar and Additional Commissioner of Police Ashok Kamte were amongst the 125 killed when terrorists attacked 10 places in the city Wednesday night.
The three were killed while leading operations against the terrorists from the front. Fourteen police personnel have been killed in the attacks, in which 327 people have been injured.
