Astana/New Delhi, Nov.27 (ANI): The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, on Thursday expressed his grief over the serial terror strikes in India's financial capital Mumbai, and offered his condolences to the families of the dead victims and survivors through a message to Indian Prime Minister Dr.Mnamohan Singh.
A statement released on President Nazarbayev's behalf by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in New Delhi said: "It is with profound grief that I have learned of death of peaceful civilians due to the terrorist acts, which have taken place in Mumbai.
Fully accusing these horrendous acts of criminals, on behalf of the nation of Kazakhstan and in my own name, I express through you my sincere condolences to the families of the victims and the people of India.
In regard to the tragedy, I would like to stress the need for strengthening international cooperation in combating terrorism. I am convinced that only this way will we be able to eliminate all forms of terrorism". (ANI)
