Uma Thurman engaged to Swiss millionaire Arpad Busson
New York, June 28 (ANI): Actress Uma Thurman has announced her engagement to Swiss multi-millionaire financier Arpad Busson.
The Kill Bill star's rep confirmed that she is now set to wed Busson, who fathered two children with supermodel Elle MacPherson before the couple split in 2005.
"I can confirm she is engaged," the New York Daily News quoted Thurman's spokesman Stephen Huvane, as saying.
Busson is said to have presented Thurman with a engagement ring so big "she can't fit it through the sleeve of her coat," according to a friend.
Thurman, 38, and Busson, 44, got together at a dinner in Milan last year.
The wedding would be the third for Thurman, who was previously married to actor Ethan Hawke, with whom she has two children, before divorcing in 2003.
Thurman was also married to British actor Gary Oldman before the couple split in 1992. (ANI)
