RCom ties up with ZMQ Software to offer mobile games
New Delhi, Nov 18 (IANS) Reliance Communications (RCom), part of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG), has joined hands with IT solutions provider ZMQ Software Systems to launch mobile games on social themes, a company statement said Tuesday.
RCom will launch 'MDG Chase' mobile game, developed by ZMQ, to create mass awareness on the millennium development goals (MDGs) espoused by the UN, the statement said.
"MDG Chase is an interactive mobile game, where users catch different MDGs, learn about the various issues and concerns, score points and come to know how they can really contribute in achieving them," it added.
Speaking on the tie-up, Krishna Durbha, head of Rcom's value-added services, said: We are glad that our partnership with ZMQ will help in popularising mobile games based on noble goals of the UN."
The UN has declared eight MDGs that include reducing poverty and hunger, ensuring education for all, controlling and managing diseases and ensuring sustainable development.
