Madhya Pradesh minister injured as dias caves in

Bhopal, Nov 17 (IANS) Madhya Pradesh School Education Minister Paras Jain Monday suffered injuries on his back, hands and legs when the dais from which he was to address a public meeting in Ujjain caved in.
'Jain had gone to June Somvaria village in Ujjain district to address an election meeting. The dais on which he was sitting, waiting for his turn to speak, collapsed and Jain was injured. Three other party workers have also received minor injuries,' a party source said.
The minister has been admitted to a local hospital in Ujjain while others have been discharged after first aid.
