India beat England by 54 runs; take 2-0 lead

Indore, Nov 17 (IANS) India defeated England by 54 runs in the second One-Day International and took a 2-0 lead in the seven-match Hero Honda Cup at the Maharani Usharaje Trust Cricket Ground here Monday.

 

Chasing 293, England were all our for 238 runs in 47 overs with Owais Shah (58) top scoring and Andrew Flintoff a brisk 43. For India, the star of the day was Yuvraj Singh who first hit 118 and then rolled his arm to pick up 4/28.
