Nine killed in a road crash in Tripura

Agartala, Nov 15 (IANS) At least nine people, including two women and a security personnel, were killed and 36 others injured in a road accident in Tripura Saturday, the police said.
A police spokesman said all the nine people died on the spot and 36 other passengers were injured when two jeeps, over-loaded with passengers, collided at Bishalgarh, 25 km from here.

The injured were admitted to the hospital where condition of the five injured is stated to be critical.
