Nupur's second lie-detector test, NHRC issues notice to CBI
CBI seems to be firing in the mist to hit the target as it summoned Dr. Nupur Talwar, wife of Dr. Rajesh Talwar, for a second lie-detector test on Wednesday. The CBI explained that the second polygraph test has been conducted again because the curves in the chart recorder of the earlier test were not readable.
The questions asked from Nupur, as per the sources, were much the same as the previous one and comprised of the detailed enquiry about the relationships between doctor Rajesh Talwar and her daughter, Aarushi, which Nupur stated as “perfectly normal”.

CBI's further investigations are hindered by the notice issued by NHRC to the agency for the rough and high-handed treatment meted out to Krishna, the compounder of Rajesh Talwar. Krishna was subjected to a number of tests including narco-analysis test as he has been treated as a suspect by the CBI.
Krishna's family lodged a complaint in NHRC for the violation of human rights by the CBI in dealings with Krishna. According to Krishna, he was even beaten up by the CBI officials during the investigations when he was under the judicial custody. Krishna's relatives approached NHRC and asserted that Krishna had been illegally subjected to narco-analysis and brain mapping by the agency.
